About the Bureau
The Ethics & Integrity Bureau serves as the guardian of accountability within Mayflower's law enforcement community. Operating under the Department of Public Safety, the Bureau investigates allegations of misconduct, corruption, and ethics violations involving law enforcement officers across all state and municipal agencies.
Our mission is clear: no officer is above the law. We ensure that those who violate the public trust face thorough, impartial investigation and appropriate consequences. Through rigorous investigation and transparent reporting, we maintain the integrity of law enforcement and public confidence in our institutions.

Managing the confidential reporting system for citizens and law enforcement to report ethics violations
Policy Review
Reviewing agency policies and procedures to recommend reforms that prevent future misconduct
Training & Prevention
Developing training programs on ethics and integrity for law enforcement agencies

If you have witnessed or experienced potential misconduct, corruption, or ethics violations by any law enforcement officer, we encourage you to file a report. All reports are taken seriously and investigated thoroughly.
Confidentiality & Protection
Your information is protected and handled with the utmost confidentiality. Retaliation against anyone for reporting suspected misconduct is strictly prohibited and subject to investigation. If you choose to remain anonymous, your identity will be protected throughout the investigation process.
