Mayflower National Guard Tipline

The use of this tipline shall be reserved for those wishing to provide information regarding internal or external instances of misbehaviour within or against the National Guard.

You will be required to provide your information, such as your ROBLOX username and Discord contact information, in order to answer any follow-up questions Military Intelligence Service members may have regarding your tip. Your information will remain confidential to members outside of the Military Intelligence Service.

Per orders of the 31st Military Intelligence Service Company Major, intentional misuse of this tipline will result in appropriate internal punishment under Principle #9 "General Respect and Discipline" of the Defense Policy. Intentionally providing false information on this tipline is a violation of 01 D.P.P.A. § 2 "False official statements", punishable by internal action up to a 7-day suspension.

Misuse of this form will result in prosecution. All questions found on this form shall be answered fully or else your submission may be discarded. Any questions may be directed to a member of National Guard Command Group or 31st Military Intelligence Service Company Command.
